What to include in your request
- Equipment involved: make, model and horsepower, if you have them handy.
- The symptom and when it started: vibration, noise, heat or a leak.
- Criticality: whether there's a spare or the line depends on it.
- Documentation you have: drawings, the manual, history or recent readings.
