Back to services
We make shafts, bushings, couplings, gears and replacement parts from a drawing or from the original part, on the lathe, mill and grinder. When there's no drawing, we reverse-engineer one from the worn part and hand it over with the job.
Every critical dimension is checked with calibrated instruments and logged in the inspection report. If a tolerance can't be met with the material or process at hand, we tell you before we cut, not after the part won't fit.
Each item is done with a plant mindset: what matters is that the equipment runs, not that the report is long.
Industries where a stopped machine means production you never get back.
One team brings the specialties together so the job gets closed out in a single visit.
Tell us which equipment is giving you trouble, and we'll come back with the scope, turnaround and estimated cost.
